Easy installation in two steps
Step 1: Press the WPS button on the router and RE220 to easily connect the extender to the network, or connect the Range extender via the TP-Link Tether app or Web UI if the router does not support WPS.
Step 2: Place the extender in a better location for optimal Wi-Fi coverage with the smart signal indicator.
Access Point and Wireless Adapter
The Ethernet port of the RE220 Range extender can easily turn your wired Internet connection into a wireless Access Point. It can also work as a wireless adapter for connecting wired devices.
High Speed mode for increased performance
High Speed mode uses one Wi-Fi band as the backhaul and another Wi-Fi band as the Access Point to maximize the bandwidth of the Range extender.
